============================================ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT============================================
San Andreas Police Department is a division from San Andreas Government serves as Law Agency. Our department has been enlisted to government service roster since 1979 and is still growing up to expand our commitment to protect and serve. We do believe our existance deforms San Andreas as the law-obeyer state. The Department itself is now lead under Chief of Police Angelina Elmizra with Assistant Chief of Police William Lucas, with our still motto "To Serve and To Protect".
========================================MESSAGE FROM THE CHIEF OF POLICE======================================
The State of San Andreas consist of three cities, they are Los Santos, San Fiero, and Las Venturas. The Department itself has graduated a lot of new great Police Officer. Over the few years the crimes percentage was increased by 0.6% per years. The Department has detaches over 300 Officers in Los Santos, 380 Officers in San Fiero, and 420 Officers in Las Venturas. We hope we can decrease the crime percentage and keep the State in its peak level.
=============================================HIGH COMMAND TEAM=============================================
• Chief of Police / CoP
The Chief of Police (COP) is the highest-ranking officer in the Police Department. As the Chief Executive Officer of the Police Department, the COP is responsible for the planning, efficient administration, and operation of the Police Department. In this capacity, the COP directs, plans, and coordinates the enforcement of particular areas of crime, and aims to minimize crime risks across the entire city, to protect persons and property and for the preservation of the peace of the community.
• Assistant Chief of Police / ACoP
The Assistant Chief of Police (ACoP) keeps the Chief of Police informed of all operational activities on a day-to-day basis. The Assistant Chief directs the activities of either the administrative or operational side of the Police Department.
• Deputy Chief of Police / DCoP
The Deputy Chief of Police (DCoP) is assigned a designated bureau to which they have complete control of for efficient management and control. A Deputy Chief of Police is the third highest rank within the Police Department.
• Commander
A role similar to an Assistant General Manager or Vice President of a corporation, a Commander is the fourth highest rank in the Police Department and reports directly to their designated Deputy Chief of Police. They are assigned as a Director of a Team and Program to which it is their responsibility to manage, operate and control.
================================================COMMAND TEAM==============================================
• Captain
There are only five Captains at a time. Those five are among the most active Lieutenant in the San Andreas Police Department. By showing professionalism and outstanding performance, one could get a promotion from the Chief of Police for holding the title of Captain. Becoming a Captain in the Command Team surely will increase one's task and responsibility inside the department.
• Lieutenant
Sergeants who have shown great loyalty and performance in serving for the state could be promoted to be the Lieutenant, which makes them officially the member of the Command Team in the department. Becoming a Lieutenant and officially inside the Command Team would make one to become the supervisor for the lower ranks, this includes Sergeants and Non-commissioned Staffs or known as Officers. Lieutenant also responsible for different kind of administrative works in the offices of the San Andreas Police Department.
SERGEANT TEAM
• Sergeant II
Sergeant II is the next rank inside the Sergeant Team. The duty is similar to Sergeant I. However, there are various criteria that differs Sergeant I and Sergeant II, among them are loyalty and total time of service. Because the rank of Sergeant II is the doorstep to enter the Command Team, thus this rank is only mandated to those who are loyal in their service.
• Sergeant I
Sergeant I is the first rank inside the Sergeant Team. Whereas the duty of all Sergeants are to manage and supervise the Non-commissioned Staffs. This includes direct and/or indirect instruction and guidance, plus administrative support and review for the Non-commissioned Staffs works inside the offices.
=================================================POLICE OFFICERS============================================
• Police Officer III / P-III
After a month of being a Police Officer II, an Officer becomes eligible for the promotion to Police Officer III. This rank is also known as the Officer Leader. A Police Officer III is responsible for the lower ranks, and has certain rights including conduction of regroup to form patrolling partner and formations, enforcing laws and ordinances, protecting life and property, issuing citations, making arrests, preparing reports, meeting with community members, working as a team member, and providing information to the public and departmental units.
• Police Officer II / P-II
Police Officer II is the second rank in the Non-commissioned Staff. The duty is similar to the lower ranks but they have various extra tasks including monitoring, guiding, and teaching Police Officer I to become better. Police Officer II also has more rights in various areas including patrolling and weaponry.
• Police Officer I / PO-I
Police Officer I (often abbreviated as PO-I) is the first and lowest rank in the San Andreas Police Department. This is where all career inside the department would begin. This rank is also known as Probationary Officer, where one should intensively learn and develop themselves in order to become a good and dignified Officer.

=================================================POLICE ACADEMY============================================
The Police Academy is an academy that specially made to train/taught the cadets of Police Department itself. The Academy itself will teach and guide cadets to become a good and dignified Police Officer with various techniques in order to fight crimes. Cadets would be given different kind of knowledge about law offenders and criminals to make sure the graduated police would be able to take down the crimes. With direct training and guidance by the member of Police Department itself, cadets will be trained to be a strong, tough, and discipline Polices when it comes to fighting crimes. But humble, lovable, and reliable person when it comes to interaction with the citizens. The training involves theoretical to physical trainings. Each Police Academy will be lead by senior staffs of Police Department. The training will be guided and given by the senior staffs intensively to the point where all cadets would fully mastered and understood the tasks, mandates, and protocols to be a Police Officer.
There are a few steps before your graduation. These steps must be completed while you in the Academy, if you fail you may take your training in the next fourteen days (14 days). They are:
1. Physical Agility Test
Notes: This inculdes, 600 yards run, car push, 20 sit-ups in one minute or less, vertical jump 14 inches or more, dummy drag, obstacle course, and 22 push-ups in one minute or less.
2. Driving Test
Notes: This is where you're going to show your driving skills.
3. Basic Training
Notes: This inculdes, weapon activation, handling suspect, and introducing the whole official equipments and how to use.
